Ink suppliers should not be too many, not more than three is appropriate, different brands of ink can not be blended use, so as not to cause ink waste; some color printing manufacturers may take the mentality of taking ink supplier funds, but companies should be based on honesty. The inks produced by different ink suppliers will also have some differences in hue. When choosing an ink factory, it is clear to the suppliers that most of the original colors of their factories are biased. For example, the primary colors of red ink have a blue phase. Distinguish the yellowness, ensure the consistency of the primary color ink as much as possible to ensure the consistency of the printing quality. When using the new order printing and proofing, use the primary color ink as much as possible. Do not dilute the primary color red by 20% and the primary color yellow by 30%. The primary colors of blue, such as dark blue and the like, have become almost all spot colors, and each ink product has almost every type of ink changed. If the customer wants to press this kind of ink to print the sample, he will have to adjust the ink in this way in the future, which adds a lot of trouble to the printing factory. Therefore, the first sample is very important and primary ink should be used as far as possible. In fact, the colors are especially wrong. The benevolent sees the wise and the wise sees the wisdom. The key is to communicate well with the customer. From the printing process requirements and the printing cost 1: convince them. Some customers like the color proofing of the printing factory, some have the color of the color drafts produced by the printer, and some have their own hobbies. Second, when colorizing, we generally use a disposable plastic cup to make spot color samples in a decrement method to determine the proportion of color matching. In determining whether the two colors are similar, the contrast between the ink's face color and the background color should be compared. When both are similar, the recalled ink hue is more accurate. When the same color cannot be achieved, the focus can be on the face color. on. Third, due to the large gap between the sample scraping and the printing on the machine, when the proportion of the ink mixture is basically determined, the machine is proofed at the beginning to precisely record the amount of ink added during complementary printing. After the spot color ink is determined, it is better to save the blending ratio at that time. It is better to save 200 grams of ink sample, which can be used as a standard sample when it is used next time. According to the amount of printing film, set a reasonable amount of spot color, not too much, or waste too much ink.

The ink from the printer must be kept separate from the original ink. Diluted ink in the preservation process, prone to delamination, swelling, thickening and other abnormalities, when the remaining ink out of the ink tank, it should be sealed as soon as possible, especially to pay attention to the rubber seal of the big mouth cover to be intact, Otherwise it will not achieve the sealing effect, and then sealed with tape, and write the date of use and the specific hue. In the next printing, these inks are first filtered and used preferentially or mixed with the original ink. Under the premise of guaranteeing quality, the primary color ink is mainly used in colors where the printing volume is large and the amount of ink on the ink is high, but at the same time it is not too high. It is appropriate to add some old ink from time to time, so that a long time can still consume a lot of of. For a variety of reasons, spot inks that are no longer used (and cannot be used) can be adjusted for use with other spot colors, typically lighter inks into darker inks.
